Most accessories are bought as an afterthought and fail like one. Insignia Summit LLC was started to make the opposite kind of product: seven pieces chosen because they are the ones that actually get used, then built with the tolerances of the device they plug into.
Braided nylon instead of moulded plastic. Anodised aluminium instead of painted alloy. Felt, leather and die-cast metal where a hinge is going to be opened a thousand times. Nothing in the range is here to fill a grid — every piece had to earn its price against something twice as expensive.
